Second At Interschool Football!

On Wednesday, Ruapotaka's Year 7/8 team came second in the Tamaki Cluster Interschool Football (Soccer) Competition! Harris, Jessica and Akanesi from Room 11 were in our team. Lots of fun was had and our students were well drilled, skilled and represented our awesome school responsibly. They were unlucky to lose to the overall champion right on the final buzzer when a 1-1 draw looked likely.

    Well done on coming second in the Cluster Football - the students look like they were really enjoying themselves and I am sure that they would have had a great day at the event. Losing just to the Champions on the final buzzer must have been a bit sad, however I am sure that everyone would have had a great day regardless.
